A blend of Rkatsiteli (85%) and Kakhuri Mtsvane (15%) , two native Georgian grape varieties, which bring a harmonious balance of fruit and acidity.

Taste Profile:
A light straw color with aromas of green fruits, citrus, almond blossom and delicate floral notes. The palate is light and rounded, with refreshing acidity and a gentle, clean finish.

Craftsmanship:
Produced using classical winemaking techniques.

Best served with grilled oysters in garlic, chicken kiev and spinach-apple salad. Serve chilled at 7-10°C.
