    Craftsmanship:
The wine is made using the qvevri method, where the grape juice and skins are fermented together in buried clay vessels for several months, allowing the wine to develop a unique profile that balances fruitiness with a bold tannic structure.

    Serving Suggestions:
Pairs wonderfully with roasted vegetablessavory poultry dishes, and grilled meats. Best served at 14-16°C to fully appreciate its aromatic depth and complex flavors.
