Craftsmanship:
The wine is made using the qvevri method, an 8000-year-old Georgian winemaking technique. Grapes and their skinsare fermented together in large, buried qvevris (clay vessels) for several months, allowing the wine to develop its unique structure and deep flavors.Serving Suggestions:
