    Origin:
    Grown in the Kakheti region of Georgia, the vineyard soil comprises alluvialclay, and gravel, contributing to the wine's complex mineral character. Naotari wines are produced in partnership with nature, using organic and biodynamic(uncertified) practices.

    Grape Varieties:
    A harmonious blend of RkatsiteliKisi, and Khikhvi, three indigenous Georgian grape varieties known for their balance of acidity, depth, and aromatics.

    Taste Profile:
    With its deep amber color, this qvevri wine reveals complex layers of stone fruitdried apricot, and herbal notes, with a slight tannic grip from the prolonged skin contact. The palate is rich with earthiness, dried fruit, and a mineral-driven finish.

    Wine Character:
    Made without any added sulphites (38 mg/L) and unfiltered, this wine preserves its raw, natural qualities, reflecting a true sense of place. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, this low-intervention wine is a great example of traditional Georgian winemaking in its purest form.

    Craftsmanship:
    Naotari wines are fermented spontaneously in qvevri, large clay vessels buried underground, using low-intervention techniques. No sulphites are added during production, allowing the wine to ferment and age naturally. The Kvatchrelishvili family has a long history of producing qvevri wines, and Naotari was founded in 2012 by Koba Kvatchrelishvili and his sons to carry on the tradition.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, earthy dishes, and hearty grains. Best served at 14-16°C.
